Responsibilities :

•    You design, develop, test and ship new features, both back and front end, using latest Java and JavaScript technologies; 
•    You collaborate with production and business teams to define the various needs;
•    You provide IT support to other employees of the company; 
•    You maintain some legacy products; 
•    You mentor an IT Junior employee.

Profile:

Must have skills:
•    You have a hands-on experience using Java and Spring Boot framework; 
•    You possess a hands-on experience with a client-side rendering framework such as Angular or Vue.js ;
•    You gained experience in great Object Oriented coding practices,  including strong design patterns knowledge, refactoring and clean code;
•    You speak English fluently and French is an asset;
•    You have a real passion for software engineering and best practices;
•    You are autonomous, eager to learn and not afraid to share your opinions/ideas;
•    You demonstrate autonomy and creativity when solving problems;

Nice to have skills:
•    You are familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices such as Extreme Programming, TDD, continuous integration, Git version control,…
•    You have an experience in Semantic Search; 
•    You have a keen interest in Open Source technologies; 
•    An experience with clouds platforms, ideally GCP is an asset
